Integrated Manufacturing and Managed Processing

Fabrication
Fabrication and welding support for excavator buckets, attachments, heavy-equipment structures, and drawing-based assemblies.

Machining
Turning capacity up to 480 mm diameter and 1000 mm length, subject to component geometry and setup review. In-house 3-axis, 3+1-axis, and 4-axis milling is available.

Features
In-house drilling, boring, grooves, oil holes, and internal-feature machining, subject to drawing access and tooling review.

Heat Treatment
In-house induction hardening up to 220 mm diameter and 1000 mm length, subject to technical review. Quenching and tempering are available in-house when applicable to the specified material and drawing.

Grinding
In-house OD cylindrical grinding and precision finishing. External support can be arranged for requirements outside the in-house process scope.

Surface Processing
Hard chrome plating is completed through an approved external processing partner. Coating-thickness inspection and post-plating baking are available in-house at Unique.

Pilot & Production Planning
Pilot quantity, lead time, inspection scope, labeling, packing, and repeat-order planning are confirmed against the reviewed requirement.
04 / QUALITY CONTROL
Inspection and Documentation to Match the Order
- Material certificate available as applicable to the order.
- Dimensional inspection report available.
- Hardness inspection report available when technically appropriate.
- Coating-thickness inspection report available for supported coatings.
- Final inspection report available.
- Certificate of conformity available.
Inspection scope and documentation are agreed against the drawing, order, or control plan. Advanced dimensional inspection can be arranged through outsourced or hired CMM/FARO support when required.
